Praça Mônaco

Praça Monaco was a project that could be developed from the market study, and understanding of the enterprise in the urban insertion and that culminated with the development of the square's landscaping project. Plantar Ideias refurbished the real estate product, giving an urbanistic vision to the development that gained a private space for public use, which became the heart of the development.

An environment developed for conducting business and corporate events. Praça Monaco is a Mixed Use development ready to receive businessmen, teams and families in the hotel, bar, restaurant, business tower and convention center. The project was carried out by MPI Incorporadora.
